At 20 against 3, Chief Justice Renato Corona is convicted guilty in violation of Article II from the 8 impeachment complain filed--where as he is charge of intentionally misrepresenting his Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net-worth (SALN). That's where all the basis of his impeachment are centered as required under Section 17, Article XI of the 1987 Constitution.
Note: 16 votes were needed to convict Corona and eight were required to acquit him.

So after these what? At the end of the day...after the 44 days drama what are the lessons learned? Does it really matter that he is convicted for ordinary citizen like me? I hope this will do more good than bad. I mean, it will surely change the political climate hence forward but will it bring more jobs? More food on our table? In short, ordinary men like me, will have to face life as it is...
Pres. NoyNoy finally get what he want. So what are his victory plans?
Would it change anything at all if public officials correctly declared their SALN? Will the illusive transparency and accountability of government employees actually materialized, being the hype for this trial?
A painful process to begin...
