When Anonymous Speaks...
Those facts of blowing up buildings, bombing public transport and killing innocent civilians in the process is outrageous. Yes, it is beyond me how they do that. At what cost? --Anonymous
When the Pork Barrel scam hit the News a few weeks ago since its outbreak big time names were drag like Senators, congressmen and yes even TV personalities...Most of us were shocked but it's not really new to us anymore...we were used to these kind of whistleblowing. So what? we've been robbed by the government ever since the world begun.
Does an ordaniray Filipino cares? Yes they do, only if someone told them the truth...but Ordinary Pinoys are easily swayed by the course of tide...and I doubt the Big Time News agencies will tackle this issue in the limelight. It's the Filipino version of an Illuminati...and when you speak of conspiracy, it's hard to separate the truth from the fabrication. The payroll list is as deep as the rabbit hole.
You can talk about it, get angry if you want...or go to Liwasang Bonifacio and cry out loud BUT THE SYSTEM WILL REMAIN.
Well at least we have the right to know. Information is power...so for the sake of information alone let me re-share Mr. or Ms."Anonymous" expose. He seems to be telling the truth...what he is telling us is obviously an Insider info...probably one of the benefactor of the "The System" itself. A person who want to remain anonymous usually tell the truth.
Why he/she is telling all this information, only God knows a person's heart...but anyway thanks that we are given at least a glimpse of how "The system" works.
Read this now while Anonymous can still speak...

The Napoles Story: So the entire Philippines will know
August 21, 2013 | Opinion
By Alfredo Masigan
Janet Lim Napoles has strong ties before with the late Emilia Boncodin, DBM Secretary. Emilia is the one that keep Janet in the loop whenever a budget or SARO is approved and to which senator or congressman.
Gringo Honasan is a dear friend of Janet’s husband, Jimmy Napoles. I was surprised when I read somewhere online when Honasan was interviewed and he said that he doesn’t know the Napoles family.
During the coup in Cory’s time, Jimmy Napoles was driving a tank on the way to Camp Crame when his tank was hit by a mortar. Jimmy was operating the .50 caliber machine gun and the soldier driving the tank died during the blast. Jimmy survived and was jailed along with Honasan. If you can get clear photos of Jimmy Napoles online, you will see that part of his face and his arms show burn marks.
Their wealth started to build up during the late 90’s when they engaged themselves with mayors based in Zamboanga to use them as a front for a Foundation that will implement projects or deliver farm materials. With connections at COA, they were able to arrange completed projects without delivering anything. They established JLN group of companies sometime in 2000 and they moved to their new office from AFPOVAI to Discovery Suites on the 25th floor.
Soon enough, they were able to develop deep connections with more legislators in Congress and numerous senators. What JLN Group Of Companies do and their sub-companie, Jo-Chris Trading (named after their eldest child, Jo-Christine “Neneng” Napoles) – they use their foundations as the implementing agency for the funds of congressmen or senators. You see, congressmen and senators have budget, PDAF or the pork barrel , but these politicians do not have direct access to their funds and they can never touch it. So what they do is the politicians will create a project (common one is fertilizer distribution to farmers) and will ask DBM to set the budget. Then, there will be a public bidding to be held by DAR. The outcome of the bidding is already fixed and it’s Napoles foundation wins. The fund or SARO will be released through Janet’s foundation and the congressmen/senators will ask 70% of the whole amount. So if the project is P10 million, Janet will give 70% of that. Usually Janet’s nephew, John Francisco Lim is the courier of the money, they will meet at Podium or at a parking lot. The money are stored in plastic bags or paper bags.
So, whatever is left from the budget, 30% goes to Janet. They usually cash-in the check they get from DBM at Landbank in Greenhills and the manager there is part of Janet’s payroll. Janet also need to pay the inspectors from COA and whoever is involved in DAR.
This is their workflow. This is what they do for more than a decade. This is how the senators and congressmen make money. This is why theses politicians have so much and working class Filipinos almost have nothing. This is not only Janet’s fault. The greediness of the senators and congressmen are the driving point that keeps this system operating. It is also amazing that if Janet’s family and her company goes into trial, the people who will try them judges, senators, congressmen, are also part of this. I fear for the life of Benhur and Merlina as whistleblowers. Soon enough they will die. The people of the Philippines should protect them. NBI or the witness protection program cannot do anything about it. Because they are keeping the whistleblowers alive for their own use only. Once Janet gives payments to the NBI and once Revilla, Honasan, Arroyo, Pichay, Ducut, Pineda, Lim, Estrada, Soto, Lapid, and almost all the congressmen who were in post for the past decade, step in – there’s nothing Benhur or Merlina can do. They are as good as dead by now.
Please post this on your social media and share it to the world. It is time to stop this madness and remove the pork barrel and protect Benhur and Merlina.

Sabah Standoff Stories and Hearsay
There's No doubt that Sabah belongs to the Sultanate of Sulu and therefore to the Philippines. Only elementary school children wouldn't understand that when you are paying rent into something it means it does not belong to you. But okay, the question now would be who is or are the real Sultan?
I'm just asking, shouldn't we press charges against Great Britain too...they are the one who created this conflict between the Federation of Malaya (now Malaysia) and the Sultanate of Sulu.
But first, before that, let us press charge against Noynoy Aquino for treason also.
But first, before that, let us press charge against Noynoy Aquino for treason also.
Why is that? Because of his habitual inaction on important issues....
From 2010 to 2012 Pres. Noynoy ignores the 3 letters sent to him from the Sultanate of Sulu, they just can't say that they misplace it...that's being irresponsible. Obviously, he doesn't care...more than his care for his beloved Mom's property Hacienda Luisita.
Should we remind you sir that Sabah is far more important than your Campaign for Team Pnoy. More than Spratly Islands who would just appear as a tiny dot compare to the vastness of Sabah. But it seems PNoy is more interested to die for a peanut than a whole field of Palm oil. Yes Sabah is very rich in Palm Oil.
Instead of acting fairly on the issue. He devise the Blame Game against the Sultan Royal Forces. All NoyNoy did was scold Jamalul Kiram III and his sympathizer. Why threaten them huh instead of bringing them home to safety.
"I am aware that certain personalities conspired and brought us to this situation -- one that has no quick solution. Some of these people have not yet been identified. But I assure you that these people will not succeed and that they will be brought to justice," Aquino said in the vernacular.
Now PNoy's imagination spurring again and trying to make us believe that there is a conspiracy going on. He claims there's someone financing the Standoff. Well, a president telling us an unconfirmed report or hearsay does not solve anything at all. He is only diverting the issue and putting the blame on his imaginary enemy or enemies. So after more than a month, can he tell us now who are this imaginary foes so we can finally blame them for good.
With financier or none, what we should be concern now is Noynoy's quick change of mind. I am worried he doesn't know what he is doing. He change his stance almost daily...this is not a good sign of leadership. When face with sensitive issue like this a President must stand on something concrete, people expect more from him...are you willing to follow a leader who doesn't know what he is doing? When a Blind man leads another blind man are you expecting them not to fall into the ditch...well, we can pray.

WE know for a fact also that for many years Filipinos are maltreated by Malaysian there in Sabah....including torture. This issue should have been address long ago from all past Philippine Presidents. No one stir, except of course the controversial vigilante group that Ferdinand Marcos allegedly formed. (This is another issue of treason that involves Noynoy's father. So it seems Noynoy had personal dislike against Sulu and Sabah )
On the other hand, why can't Malaysia be transparent on what's really going on in their so-called "clearing operation" at Lahad Datu. If they are not hiding anything they should allow foreign correspondence there to cover the battlefield.
Malaysian Politics Behind?
Several sources allege that the Lahad Datu issue is a deliberate ploy on the part of the Malaysian government to enforce emergency rule and “indefinitely delay” the upcoming general elections in Malaysia this June. Political observers predict that the opposition could win as much as 25 parliament seats in the elections – enough to end the over five-decade rule of UMNO-Barisan Nasional coalition. Some are even describing the situation as a “moro-moro” to divert the Malaysian electorate’s attention from several nagging issues faced by the government, among them “Amalilio’s billions.”Worse, Aman is also being implicated in a clandestine scheme known as “Project IC” where illegal immigrants are given identity cards to increase the number of pro-UMNO voters, with 500,000 Muslim Filipinos, mostly related to the people of Sulu, being utilized in the plan (also dubbed as “Project M” for former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohammad who is allegedly one of the architects). In local terms, Project IC was a plot to bring in “flying voters” to Sabah, our sources noted.Doesn't these sound all too familiar? Looks more to us like Filipino and Malaysian politicians are one and the same – true Asian brothers, perhaps? (Source)
People are dying for Political gains and since anything that will get a head start for any candidates for this upcoming election they will definitely grab to get free publicity. Within this new hype we must be very vigilant on what's really going-on. What are the real issues? Who is telling the truth?
We just can't trust anything we are hearing or reading. Any Politician will hold into something that will give them extra mileage good or bad. How can we verify the source? It seems we are doom for chaos without knowing where we should stand.
Let us check another alarming report from Wikileaks:
The following is the expose made by website Wikileaks which was gathered from the U.S. embassy cables (http://wikileaks.org/static/html/faq.html):Dreaming of Sabah…?¶8. (C) MG Dolorfino commented that Malaysia is not only concerned about Misuari’s intentions toward Sabah, where Misuari apparently still has hundreds of followers, but also about his recent contacts with Malaysian opposition figureAnwar Ibrahim, described as an “old friend” of Misuari’s. Over the past several months, Malaysian officials have held at least three meetings with Misuari and/orMisuari’s wives, according to Jainal and Dolorfino. During an April 10meeting, a special envoy from Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi told Misuari not to meddle in Malaysia’s domestic politics, Dolorfino said. According to Jainal, Misuari promised Badawi’s representative that he had nointention of getting involved in Malaysia’s internal affairs. It is obvious that the relationship between Anwar and Misuari is more than just ‘diplomatic’ ties, because Anwar is described as an ‘old friend’ by Musiari. Thise expose also proves that Anwar and Misuari knew each other since 2007.It seems like Anwar has a lot of controversial friends, including enemies to the country as well as Muslims. Previously, Murderer of Muslim, Wolfowitz also referred Anwar as his ‘close friend’. The same thing goes to Al-Gore who openly defended Anwar in Malaysia, for the sake of their relationship.Malaysians should never take this matter lightly, having a person who wishes to be the next Prime Minister, and has friends who are enemies of the country. Besides that, logically, no rationla Muslims are willing to accept ‘close friend’ of those who kill our brothers, as the leader of this country. We are aware that Anwar mentioned about Arab Springs for multiple times and he4 has been trying to trigger chaos through street demonstrations, with the hope that it could motivate his supporters to rise up and cause chaos until the government gets kicked out of Putrajaya.Just as same a those Sulu intruders entering Sabah, Anwar did invite foreign intervention for our election process, even in his court case. This action clearly shows how Anwar really depend on outsiders, showing us how his administration would be if he gets to rule this country; the country would clearly lose its sovereignty.Based on the expose made by Wikileaks, as well as intel reports from Manila, and Anwar’s behavior before and after Lahad Datu intrusion, we can no lonher put aside the fact that Sabah crisis began from Anwar and Misuari’s secret meetings.Even though we know that Anwar really hates our country’s security and defence system, we cannot believe how Anwar dares to put the lives of Sabahans at risk for the sake of his ambition. Especially considering that some of the Sabahans are his own supporters. However, there is nothing surprising with this because Anwar had proven himself that he does not care about the future of his own supporters, or even their security through all the demonstration series which was planned by him.So, it is time for Anwar’s supporters to re-think about their decision, are they willing to accept a leader who is willing to sacrifice the lives of his own supporters? (Source)
The Sabah claims and conflicts wont die out easily...this issue had been around for generations. At the rate our government is handling the issue we can't expect better resolution. Maybe this coming election, with new breed (New Breed?) of Officials taking over we can hope for a brighter future for the people of Southern Philippines.
God bless the Philippines !!!

Typhoon Pablo and Japan Quake
Last year Mindanao was struck by Sendong, dubbed as the worst typhoon that ever hit the southern part of the Philippine Islands for many years with casualties over a thousand souls. But as the latest images shows, this time Typhoon Pablo is proving to be another worst calamity on Super-typhoon category now with over 400 death and still with many people unaccounted for or missing.
One of the hardest hit areas is New Bataan, Compostela Valley, where scores of residents were killed by flash floods. Among the fatalities were soldiers responding to the storm. More than hundred people are dead in Davao Oriental, where typhoon Pablo made its first landfall. Many areas there remain isolated after a major bridge gave way like the Cateel and Boston.
The highway that connects the provinces of Compostela Valley and Davao Oriental was rendered impassable as tree trunks, electric posts and landslides blocked the road, leaving residents along that stretch isolated. The Compostela-Cateel highway cuts travel time by two and half hours from Davao City.
As of this hour National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) has confirmed a total of 474 fatalities from the typhoon.

Pitong Lawa, Pitong Sining (The Experience)
I really have to squeeze my schedule when I heard there is an activity for the arts here in the province of Laguna. Luckily I had a window of free time this week. A face painting schedule had been moved and that might have been a sign that I really must go.
Sometime ago early in 2000 I've participated in Art Camp2 at Antipolo City...I miss hanging out with people who breath the same passion for the Arts and I can not let an opportunity like this slip away.To be one with the arts once again.
This time, it's San Pablo city.
So when I saw the Facebook post of Ed Gamo, Jr. about "Pitong Lawa, Pitong Sining" (Seven Lakes, Seven Arts) Cultural event, I immediately contacted him and laid my interest (in fact, enthusiasm) to attend.
Edgardo Gamo, Jr. a true child of San Pablo City; also known as Eddie boy is the silent spirit but powerful figure behind the art side of the event. It is my way of thanking him why this article was written. His warm personality and passionate love for arts had made this event a success...

After more than 3 hours of travel from Binan City to San Pablo City. I've reach Ultimart Shopping Mall. Instantly, the air was festive. The mood was up beat...There was a stage set up at the central artery of the Mall. The ribbon was cut at 10Am.
So what is Pitang Lawa, Pitong Sining?
On its 2nd year now, organized by BJAI (Barangay ni Jose Association, Inc.) spearhead by Film Dir. Soxy Topacio. It aims to promote the seven arts and most especially to bring awareness for the conservation of the 7 lakes in San Pablo City.
Centerpiece of the event is the Musikatha, a song writing competition that gives tribute to the 7 lakes of San Pablo and to encourage tourism. Believe me, when you hear the qualifying entries, you wouldn't thought they were made by students and amateur.
There is a mini bazaar where you can get souvenir items, tattoos, antiques, artworks, and Pinoy foods at affordable prices plus welcoming friendly staff of BJAI. I was being lead to the 2nd and 3rd floor to witness the exhibits of WALO Visual Artist with Kulay ng Pitong Lawa art group. Promising talents of this generations.
Various Short films are being shown at the cinema. Lecture on Baybayin, a native Filipino alphabet older than alibata... Screenwriting seminar, theater acting conducted by no other than Dir. Soxie Topacio. Award winning movie by film master Mario O'Hara "Tatlong Taong Walang Dios" (3 Years without God) starring Superstar Nora Aunor.
A lecture in Photography by Laguna Shutters...
Not pre-planned but the next day, I was already face painting in Pitong Lawa booth via Sir Ed's suggestion. Oh by the way, I had a great time sketching with Walo artist using soft-pastel that I have not used for quite sometime.
Here I am with Walo Art Group during opening ceremony....
My face paint of a chicken for Walo artist Hilda de Jesus which she confides her favorite...
Try reading Baybayin along the entrance to the theater...
Ed Gamo's corner...
I really wish I could finish all the 7 days stretch to show my support but I had other obligations to finish but all in all it was a memorable experience. See you next year.

Just My Thought on RH Bill
Reproductive Health Bill? Why spend money on reducing human
resources? Give employment instead and people will be too busy making babies.
The Bible had always herald increase in population as blessings from God. Not even once was it told that over population was a sign of curse. In fact, its the other way around. Giving birth is always a blessing. There shouldn't be unwanted pregnancies... what can go wrong when it is done in love and respect?
I really can't understand why they are
pushing birth control...Why control human population? Our greatest source of
income comes from human resource. Look at develop countries, they are importing
people to work for them. Our much sought export are Overseas workers. More of these means more dollars...more thinking brains.
We can also fill the population back log of nations like Canada and Japan. Look what happened to them, they have more older people and fewer youngster to replace them.
God alone can decide who lives and who dies. Think about the past calamities, earthquakes, flood, tsunamis...they can reduce the population really quick. God will decide who will give birth and who will be barren. Think about it!!!
Give people employment then they will be too tired working and lesser
time making babies. Seriously, the ability to feed your children is the answer.
Education, training, and employment are what we need...Studies shows that those people with bigger income had fewer babies and unemployment had more tendency of increase populations.
Why not meet the needs of people instead...growing population needs
bigger and better resources. It would be much easier to expand and build if we
have more people helping together.
Corruption is the problem not over population.
Why not divert the money for contraceptives on building resources and
employment. More people means more work force, more armies, more helpers...more
areas to cover.
The problem is population concentration. There are too many people in Metro Manila congesting...what we need is to spread out and conquer territories. Just what God said to His people to divide the land and conquer territories.
Give initiative to our farmers and better opportunities for them without leaving their provinces...it's about time to educate them that life is better where they are.
Birth Control is a lame excuse for Government inability to respond to our basic needs. They can't give us food, shelter, clothing, and even education so they want us dead instead.
All of these need better leadership. A king who want lesser people under him is either crazy or greedy. Fight corruption and spread the blessings to everyone.
Birth control is not the answer to poverty, it just promote safe sex.
You know who worry much when our population booms? The ultra rich, they fear that the poor will overtake what they have. They had been advocating depopulation ever since. They want to annihilate the lower class who can over rule them.
The Universe can always supply our need...but never our greed.
THE LESSON OF MOSES BIRTH
This is what happened in Egypt long ago, they saw the Israelite growing fast so they order their Mid-wife to kill every babies born to an Israelite women. But still they grow in numbers....so Pharaoh made a drastic measure, he order all children 2 years old and below to be slaughtered. Luckily, these fave the way for Moses to be made prince of Egypt.
Fill the earth and subdue it!!! That's one of the earliest know command by God. The trouble with some is they can fill the earth but do not know how to subdue or replenish it.
Genesis 1:28New International Version (NIV)28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground. ”
OH well, I'm not your legislator anyway, just saying what should be proper...so don't worry there will be lesser people in the future.
THE CONSPIRACY OF PEOPLE REDUCTIONS
I used to be an advocate of Family Planning, Plan Parenthood, and recently Reproductive Health but now after realizing there is an evil intent behind this act, I change my mind...read on the reasons behind my change of mind aside from the logic I have extrapolated above. Click the following:

The Flood in Our Place (Video)
More or less two weeks now our neighborhood is still flooded since Typhoon Gener hit. Fortunately for me and my family we are on higher grounds so the flood just lasted overnight but this footage will show you just a block away from us the flood will probably stay a little longer.
During typhoon Ondoy the water last over a month...and we hope things will be better this time.
I was deeply burden in heart for the children's education since nearby schools are also submerge...so I volunteer to teach the kids around my neighborhood. On my third day now and I already feel fatigue because I under estimated the task of teaching multi-level. I conduct different activity for the elder kids and the younger students. I was surprise that most of the elder kids still can't properly subtract and multiply. And the younger ones had a hard time writing.
Anyway, they said the regular class will resume Monday...they would probably divide the classes and use those classroom on higher floors. I don't know what will they do to those evacuees.
So this video will show you the actual situation here, taken by a concern citizen...

Helen Up Next, Learn from Noah
"These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world." -- John 16:33
Be of Good Cheers!!!
If you think reading the Bible is a waste of time, think again. It take years to build the ark, the same way, that God test our determination and faith. One nail at a time, one verse at a time and soon we have faith enough to carry all the living creatures in the world.
This article must at least start with a good note. A lot of our Countrymen are still recuperating from the devastation of Gener and it's aftermath. Sometimes I pity the position of PAGASA for being the one to bring us the bad news most of the time...but someone has to say it anyway.
Up ahead is the 8th typhoon to test our faith...don't worry if you fail to exercise your faith the last time...there are still about 16 more brief case to open. So deal or No deal?
If I were you, NO DEAL. God holds the future and we can rely on that even if the future seems blurry.
So here was the forecast of what will happen on Philippine skies this coming week:
Typhoon HELEN Forecast Track
Coordinates: 16.8N, 129.9E
Forecast Tracks:
(1) 550 km East Northeast of Casiguran, Aurora - Monday
(2) 410 km Northeast of Casiguran, Aurora - Tuesday
(3) 300 km North of Aparri, Cagayan - Wednesday
Movement Speed: 11 kph West Northwest
Strength: 55 kph near the center
Rain Volume: 10-20 mm/hr (Heavy to Intense)
Distance to Land: 720 km East of Casiguran, Aurora
Please visit PAGASA DOST Project NOAH to monitor rain probability and level of river or stream in your area.
Those at the evacuation center might stay a little longer there in the meantime. Some area are still flooded and in fact, the water is still rising.
Remember our reactions into anything will reflect the kind of faith we had. Noah may appear silly during the construction of the Ark but later we realized some crazy stuff may actually save us.
If you think reading the Bible is a waste of time, think again. It take years to build the ark, the same way, that God test our determination and faith. One nail at a time, one verse at a time and soon we have faith enough to carry all the living creatures in the world.
Did I just say it all over again?

Sunshine After the Rain

Only a Filipino can really smile in the middle of misfortune. We laugh when we're happy, we laugh when we're sad. We smile in our mistakes. We smile when we say sorry. It doesn't mean that we are not sincerely saying sorry...we just smile in everything we do. Like for instance when we accidentally bump someone while walking; we would automatically smile...and if you don't return a smile, the other person might think you are still mad. Okay! It's an accident...and we smiles even in accident.
An employee would even smile while he is being reprimanded by his boss...other nationality might think this action is a sign of disrespect but actually it's the other way around. Smiling on this situation is a sign of humility. We wont look in the eyes to show we are not fighting back. To look in your boss straight in the eyes could mean that you are threatening a challenge especially when you are being discipline. We as a race maybe puzzling sometimes but this craziness saves most of us in hardships.

THE PEOPLE OF SMILES
Once again we saw this Filipino resilience during these past days in the midst of storm surges. I saw people smiling back at the camera even under distress...even while the flood rises and they are trapped on roof tops.
A Filipino would even smile while crying...OH No! She's not mentally ill. She's perfectly normal...we just care so much to those that sympathized with us...so we smile for them. We always think of another person's feeling so we smile even if we are on the brink of danger. We send positive energy when we smile. Smiling protect us from pain...we pull strength in our hearts when we smile.

At this very moment while I sit here in front of my computer, I illuminate images on my head. Typhoon Gener brings the worst and best in us. Nameless heroes appeared in the strangest situation.
I was touched when a man said something like this: "I am helping the rescue here because I am too far away to save my family...I am hoping that someone would help them right now too. So I am here to help." Isn't it the very same words that Jesus commanded us "to do unto others"?
Now with a smile on my lips, I pray that my countrymen would pass yet another test of faith. These calamities are just passing but their smiling faces will remain forever in our hearts.

Urgent: Philippines is Under Attack by Habagat?
They have power to shut up the heavens so that it will not rain during the time they are prophesying; and they have power to turn the waters into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want. -- Revelations 11: 6
Last May 11, 2012 this blog post an intriguing question regarding a possible HAARP attack from China. Are these happening now? Right at this very moment while I write this blog, the Philippines is experiencing bizarre weather conditions particularly storm surges or south-west monsoon (Habagat). It's claiming lives and properties in an unprecedented manner that we haven't experience before. Take note: typhoon Gener (Saola) didn't even made a landfall and the most devastating showers we had happened after the said typhoon leaves Philippine Area of Responsibility. Are we experiencing a war right now?!
Yesterday PAGASA told us that we'll have a better weather this day. But right out of the clear blue skies a tearing thunderstorm that herald yet another surge of rain...so what's going on?
Here's how it was described by DJ Yap in Philippine Daily Inquirer:
For its erratic bursts of rain and wind and generally fickle nature, the “bipolar” weather disturbance known as Typhoon “Gener” has become the butt of online jokes. Gener—which started out as a low pressure area (LPA) in the Pacific, turned into a tropical depression, then a tropical storm, a typhoon and back to a tropical storm—left the Philippines for good on Friday, but not before striking the fancy and humor of netizens. For a whole week, the wet and windy storm brought death and destruction across Metro Manila and outlying provinces, changing directions as it plodded northward, and at one point, spawning fierce storm surges that slammed into the seawall in Manila Bay and flooded Roxas Boulevard on Manila. As a little refresher course for those who missed that article, HAARP is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes.
I highly suggest you go back to that blog to better understand this "Latest" weaponized technology disguised as a scientific instrument. (see Philippines is Under Attack by HAARP)

High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) was said to be the culprit behind Japan Tsunami and Haiti earthquake...etcetera. As evidences of an increase in Chemtrail and Sylph activities before it happens. (Just do a little internet search on this topic and you'll find plenty of article on these subjects)
I also did personally saw Sylphs a month ago here in Laguna, and maybe I should thank these angelic beings for keeping us safe here in Binan City. As you can see, perhaps in all of the municipality of Laguna we are the least affected by the storm surge because of these Sylphs sent by God the Father. Amen.
Just a couple of days ago we heard great number of Chinese Patrol ships roving around the disputed Spratley's group of islands. Are they already making plans at that moment? Taking surveys? Remember this unusual weather all miraculously begun to form on that particular region.
Next, there was an earthquake on areas that was heavily flooded like Quezon City and Bataan. Although this was barely mentioned in our local News channels.
Carefully watch this video to understand further how HAARP works.

I don't want to scare people but HAARP attack is usually paired with an earthquake. God forbid.
Also, I don't wish to pinpoint China alone as culprit to these HAARP attack, nor I desire Filipino people to rise against the Chinese government. After all, most of the highly-develop countries secretly hold weather disturbance machine. These are still unconfirmed data but with circumstantial evidences. BUT Previous News regarding Chinese activities in West Philippine Seas made this blogger quite suspicious so I am sharing this, to make you aware of what's going on.
However, not every thing bad that has happened or will happen are cause by HAARP.
Typhoon Gener's international name is Saola--meaning "Asian Unicorn". Think about it. While in legal terms Gener means a son-in-law.
